Who can attend?
European Bridal Week is a trade event and is not open to members of the public. This event is attended exclusively by retailers and press - after registration has been successful.
Do I have to register in advance, or can I simply turn up on the day?
It is possible to register on the day, but we strongly advise that you register in advance to avoid queues at the registration desks.
When will registration be available?
Online-registration will open on 20 October 2025.
How do I find my way around the show when I arrive?
You can collect a complimentary showguide as well as our BridalBiz magazine when you arrive, which includes detailed information about European Bridal Week and our exhibitors.

Is there WiFi at the venue?
Yes, when arriving at the venue you will receive your FREE Wi-Fi code.
Are there cloakroom facilities onsite?
Yes, there are cloakrooms, situated in the main entrance of hall 3, entrance west. The cloakroom is open during show hours.

Please be aware they cannot store cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices.
Is there an ATM nearby?
There is an ATM cash machine located approximate 50 metres on the left-hand side from entrance west, before the entrance of hall 1 south.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, EBW is accessible for disabled visitors, and is able to provide wheelchairs to those in need, free of charge. Click on the link for more information on accessibility. We have compiled important information about the venue, wheelchair rentals and parking, so that you can plan in advance, arrive without complications, and enjoy your stay.

Where can I eat and drink?
Onsite European Bridal Week there is time for enjoyable breaks.
All across the showfloor you will find several options where can enjoy an extensive range of cold and warm dishes. For a small appetite in between or a relaxing coffee break, there are coffee and tea lounges in both the exhibition halls. In addition, small snacks can be ordered in the restaurant in hall 3; there is also an exclusive restaurant in hall 2.

In our "EBW Champagne Lounge" in both halls, buyers receive free alcoholic refreshments and canapés for the duration of the show.
