The Awards Night 2026
At European Bridal Week, we are delighted to bring back the EBW Awards to Essen, Germany, being
the true hub of bridal with Messe Essen hosting the longest running bridal fashion event in
Germany.
Taking place on Sunday 29 March 2026, the EBW Awards are dedicated to celebrating and
acknowledging the pinnacle of professionalism and the surpassing of all expectations of stores
and stockists by their suppliers.
Because what makes the EBW Awards programme score points over others is that retailers
themselves cast their votes, only one per award category, and collectively make the decision as
to which suppliers among all the exhibiting EBW labels, are most deserving of that coveted
title.
Honouring the bridal and fashion industry as a whole with all the passion we share for the
industry of ours, this is not only an opportunity to celebrate the success of all the finalists
and winners, but also to network with about 500 guests out of the industry from around the
globe.
Enjoy an evening full of glamorous moments with free drinks, a beautifully curated dinner
experience, entertainment, dancing and of course the vital awards ceremony.

It is so important that at times we get recognised for all our hard work and endeavours and the
EBW Awards is a platform designed to recognise those bridal businesses from around the world
that have excelled and/or exceeded a store's or a stockist's expectation.
All exhibiting companies at European Bridal Week 2026 had the chance to become an EBW Awards
winner; this made each and every brand a nominee for this very special accolade.
VOTING
All registered stores, visiting European Bridal Week, were eligible to vote. The online voting
tool was connected to the EBW online registration.

This dress code is essentially an innovative approach to the "traditional black tie"
dress
code. Think of it as an opportunity to break free from the constraints of a formal and
structured look. Instead, feel free to experiment with deconstructing this dress code
and
make it your own. We are Embracing Artistry!
Each ticket to the EBW Awards includes:

THE 2024 WINNERS
At a glamorous 2024 EBW Awards evening, held at Essen's “Colosseum Theater”, at the second day of EBW
2024, many hundreds of guests – exhibitors and show visitors as well as local dignitaries, including the
Mayor of Essen, Rudolf Jelinek, who presented influencer Kennedy Bingham with the inaugural Trailblazer
Award – celebrated in style.
In addition, the 2024 programme presented one bridal enthusiast with a lifetime achievement award
recognising his contribution to the growth of the industry; congratulations to Larry Warshaw.
