REGISTRATION
Bridal stores can pre-register for European Bridal Week 2026 via an easy online-registration. Online-registration will be open on 20 October 2025; you will be able to register here by completing the registration form. Additionally you will be able to give your votes for EBW Awards 2026.Entry to European Bridal Week is free of charge for retailers and professional presss after registration had been successful. It is possible to register on the day, but we strongly advise that you register in advance to avoid queues at the registration desks.

TRAVEL
Arriving by Car
North Rhine-Westphalia’s excellent motorway network plan makes travel by car easy and
comfortable and allows you to enjoy maximum flexibility on site. Take the major Rhine-Ruhr
motorways A52, A3, A40 and A42 to reach Messe Essen. The signs for the exhibition centre
will guide you easily to our site where you find ample parking spaces in parking house 6.
From there, you can reach the venue easily within walking distance.

Arriving by Public Transport
If you’re traveling by train, over 120 connections are available to and from the main station (Hauptbahnhof) in Essen, with frequent and regular services to Messe Essen. From the main station you can reach Messe Essen within 5 minutes by Underground, using line 11.
Arriving by Plane
Essen is a 20-minute drive away from the area’s main airport, Dusseldorf International.
Messe Essen has its own information point at the airport, in the centre of the Arrivals area
in Terminal B.
There is a free half-hourly shuttle bus service from European Bridal Week running from
Dusseldorf International to Messe Essen during the times of the show.
SHUTTLE BUSES
We make your journey to and from European Bridal Week easy, with our free visitor
shuttle
bus service which operates every 30 minutes – due to traffic allowing – to and from the
halls of Messe Essen and Düsseldorf International Airport for
the
time of the
show.
A further Shuttle-Bus Service operates between certain partner hotels in Essen and the
exhibition halls of European Bridal Week.

There is no need to book your Shuttle-Bus Service in
advance.
Timetables for both shuttle bus services will be available shortly before the show.
PARKING
As always, parking will be free of charge for visitors of European Bridal Week. For free parking, please use P6.
