Bridal stores can pre-register for European Bridal Week 2024 via an easy online-registration.

2. Once you have completed your registration form, you will receive a confirmation email, complete with a barcode.
3. Present your barcode on the door once you arrive at Mese Essen, Germany for your fast-track entry.
Entry is free of charge for retailers and professional press after registration had been successful.
It is possible to register on the day, but we strongly advise that you register in advance to avoid queues at the registration desks.

ACCOMMODATION
Arriving by car
North Rhine-Westphalia’s excellent motorway network plan makes travel by car easy and comfortable and allows you to enjoy maximum flexibility on site. Take the major Rhine-Ruhr motorways A52, A3, A40 and A42 to reach Messe Essen. The signs for the exhibition centre will guide you easily to our site where you find ample parking spaces in parking house 6. From there, you can reach the venue easily within walking distance.

Arriving by public transport
If you are travelling by train, there are over 120 connections to and from the main station (Hauptbahnhof) in Essen itself with frequent and regular train services from there to the Essen Messe area. From the main station you can reach Messe Essen in only 5 minutes with the Underground, using line 11.
Arriving by plane
Essen is a 20-minute drive away from the area’s main airport, Dusseldorf International. Messe Essen has its own information point at the airport, in the centre of the Arrivals area in Terminal B.
There is a free half-hourly shuttle bus service from European Bridal Week running from Dusseldorf International to Messe Essen.
We make your journey to and from European Bridal Week easy, with our free visitor shuttle bus service which operates every 30 minutes – due to traffic allowing – to and from the halls of Messe Essen and Düsseldorf International Airport for the time of the show.
A further Shuttle-Bus Service operates between theAtlantic Congress HotelNH HotelRamada by Wyndham HotelSheraton Hotelin Essen and the exhibition halls of European Bridal Week.
There is no need to book your Shuttle-Bus Service in advance.
